Admittedly, if you're reading this, we're doing things a bit backwards. In a perfect world, we'd have you complete our dream home intake form, get pre-approved, and sign a buyer agency agreement. However, as long as you sign a buyer agency agreement, I can legally represent you as your Realtor.

What To Expect When Touring Homes With Us:

  • I don't set limit on how many houses my clients can see

  • Minimum 2 Hour Notice To Tour (If the notice is too short and I can't make it, I will send my showing agent to show you the houses)

However, if you're a cash buyer, the timeline can be shortened to 1 to 2 weeks if desired.

How Much Does It Cost To Hire You As My Realtor?

Usually 100% FREE! Our fee is paid by the seller at closing. And no, this does not mean I am partial to the seller. In fact, I am legally obligated to represent you and have your best interests at heart. In certain cases where a property is priced exceptionally low, we may charge a minimum fee. However, a significant portion of this fee is still covered by the seller, and you would only need to cover the remaining balance.

Do I need a home inspection, and how do I arrange one?

If I'm your Agent, we'll recommend reputable home inspectors and guide you through the process of scheduling and completing a home inspection along with all inspection negotiations.
